Shipping & returns
Updated October 2026
How we send our pieces, what it costs, and what to do if you change your mind or something arrives broken. Every piece is handmade in our studio in Athens.
Where we ship
We ship within Greece and to every country in the European Union. You can also collect your order from the studio, at Zan Moreas 5, Athens, at a time we arrange together.
Shipping cost
Ceramics vary a lot in size and weight, so we quote shipping for each order. We email you the cost before your order is final, and nothing is charged until you agree to it. Collection from the studio is free.
When your order leaves
Pieces in stock leave the studio within 5 working days, sent by tracked courier, and we email you the tracking number. Delivery time after that depends on where you are. Custom orders follow the timeline we agree in your quote.
Changing your mind
You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to tell us you'd like to return it, for any reason. Email us within those 14 days, then send the piece back within 14 days of telling us. It should be unused and in its original condition.
Return postage is paid by you. We refund the price of the piece and the standard shipping you paid, to the way you paid, within 14 days of receiving the piece back.
What can't be returned
Custom orders and commissions are made to your specification, so they can't be returned for a change of mind. They are still covered if they arrive damaged or faulty.
If something arrives broken
We pack every piece carefully, but ceramics can break in transit. If that happens, email us photos of the piece and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, including shipping, whichever you prefer. Please keep the packaging until we've sorted it out.
